CRM is the acronym for Customer Relationship Management. In general, this is the process or system you use to manage your child care center’s relationship with prospective families as well as enrolled families. Making sure you have enough families coming to you to fill your seats is an important metric to track (and perhaps how much does it cost you). How many families need to contact you to fill a seat?
