The purpose of the YWCA Out-of-School Time (OST) Programs is to provide quality before and after school care for children of working parents. The programs are administered by the YWCA Syracuse & Onondaga County a non-profit community service organization. The YWCA feels strongly that parent involvement is important to making high quality childcare programs work. The Out-of-School Time Program (formerly SACC) welcomes your ideas participation and questions. This facility is authorized to administer over-the-counter topical ointments only
