This licensed program for 3 to 5 year olds offers a variety of enriching experiences and activities designed to enhance your child’s development and readiness for kindergarten. It is based on the philosophy that each child is a unique individual and develops mentally physically and emotionally at their own rate and that learning occurs through the interaction of their cognitive and emotional systems with their environment. A morning snack is provided. Full day children receive lunch and afternoon snack music science art dance and field trips. A well-planned curriculum is based on educational themes and is enhanced with a literacy rich environment music science art dance field trips and more! Recreational swim and gym are also offered. Parents may choose from 2 3 or 5 days a week. The program operates on the Cortland City School’s calendar year and is a Cortland City School District Universal Pre-K site for eligible 4-year olds.
