Wales AFTER SCHOOL meets in the cafeteria where children may choose from a variety of activities. The staff shares its interest in art, offering children special projects in woodworking, painting and handicrafts. Outdoor activities are a big part of the Wales program, so it is fortunate AFTER SCHOOL may use the kindergarten playground, in addition to an upper grade playground equipped with new, brightly-colored play equipment. Children may also play in the school’s large soccer field.
