Winfield Head Start

Cowley County Head Start is a federally funded program that follows the federal guidelines of the Head Start Performance Standards. In addition to meeting these standards, our classes align our curriculum to meet USD 470 curriculum guidelines. Teachers and parent partners establish educational outcomes for students and the program on an annual basis. Outcomes are reviewed quarterly by the Education Coordinator and the teaching staff.
