The mission of Winchester Elementary School is to provide a safe and positive learning environment that empowers students to develop socially and progress to Middle School having met or exceeded standards in all academic areas.

The vision of Winchester Elementary is to create an environment that recognizes, appreciates, and respects the worth of each individual in our school family. We will promote a safe learning environment that focuses on human relations and academic success for all stakeholders. Our school community will cultivate the process of life-long learning by exploring technology as an enhancement tool. We will empower students and staff to use data collaboratively to drive decisions about the process of learning. We will work through a partnership with our community to provide the necessary resources and support to produce a positive educational environment that is essential for learning.
