I was born and bred in Italy, which I left several years ago to travel and live abroad, spending three years in England and then moving to New York. I had tutored before in Italy, but I had never thought that teaching Italian would become so meaningful and important to me. Through teaching my language, in fact, I express my love and appreciation of my culture and its values, and I keep my bonds to them alive.
