Daniel has been tutoring my middle school-aged son for the past several months and Daniel turned out to be the perfect choice. Daniel has been concentrating on improving my son?s organization in his writing. Before Daniel started, my son?s sentences would sometimes wander off topic. Other times, it would be hard to understand how he moved from point A to point B in his papers. Daniel taught him how to organize his paragraphs using topic sentences, supporting sentences, detail sentences, and concluding sentences. This formulaic approach has seemed to work well for my son since he can use the same pattern over and over in writing about different topics. In addition, my son has enjoyed working with Daniel.
