The Goddard School

The Goddard School located in Chanhassen has earned national accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) the nations leading organization of early childhood professionals. This accreditation recognizes our school’s program among the top in the nation.

Only eight (8) percent of all preschool and childcare centers meet the NAEYC criteria in the United States.

To earn NAEYC Accreditation, The Goddard School located in Chanhassen went through an extensive self-study process, measuring the program and its services against the ten NAEYC Early Childhood Program Standards and more than 400 related Accreditation Criteria. The program received NAEYC Accreditation after a site visit performed by NAEYC Assessors ensured that the program met each of the ten program standards.
