Welcome to the Early Childhood Learning Center of Temple Bnai Shalom. We look forward to having your child at our school and having the opportunity to participate in his/her growth and development.
Our school offers a relaxed and casual setting geared to the needs and interest of each child and each parent. We try to take into consideration individual differences and special abilities.HISTORY-
The Early Childhood Learning Center began in 1979 with just three classes and has been growing ever since. Through the years we have instituted such programs as extended hours, Jewish Experience and Kindergarten Enrichment along with a Full Day Kindergarten, 2, 3, 4 and 5 day nursery school classes (mornings or all day) in order to meet the needs of the community.
While our school is a Jewish oriented school, we are open to all children regardless of race, religion or nationality, who may benefit from our type of program. We have now become a truly multi-cultural school with children from all backgrounds.

Our program is based on the philosophy that a school must meet the developmental needs of the child. We must provide a basic foundation for your childs education. This program is geared to make your childs experience with school a successful and happy one. Children will develop a good self-concept if they can succeed. Our Center provides many opportunities for success through self and teacher directed activities. Children this age must learn to work independently as well as cooperatively with the group. We will provide experiences for the children in the areas of language, social, emotional, cognitive, physical, creative and mental development.
