At Step Ahead Learning Center we strive to create an enriching safe environment where your children are involved in a unique learning experience. From our facility, to curriculum, to our creative center times you will immediately see the difference. We are a family owned and operated business who is not simply interested in satisfying state and industry regulations and standards, but surpassing them by offering your children the opportunity to grow and flourish in an atmosphere that is designed and created to lay a solid foundation for their early scholastic endeavors. We accomplish this by first developing our learning center with excellence in mind. We are not just about the numbers here at Step Ahead Learning Center. Our classroom sizes are smaller and designed for learning as well as play. Our facility is more than just a building to us. It is an environment that is to be seen and felt as a haven for your children to make the most of their time away from home. Building skills, knowledge and experiences that impact their young lives and prepare them for their next steps.

From infants to toddlers we work from day one with stimulating learning environments, creative outlets and work with the same curriculum as they will be seeing in the city school systems. We have certified teachers on staff to guide your children through the expansion of their knowledge base. We also place a great deal of importance on the childrens creative center times, play/exercise times and we believe at Step Ahead Learning Center that playing with purpose is vital to making the most of your childrens time with us. We design our fun centers (art, music and environment) with our core curriculum in mind tying them together to help identify your childs strongest path to learning. We realize that not all children learn and develop in the same way or at the same pace. So we work diligently to identify what path is right for your child. Learning numbers for some may come easiest in group math time. Others in art creating a number collage, some in outdoor activities shooting baskets or playing numbers scotch. Whatever the case our goal is to work with them to find it, to work closely with you, the parent, to develop it and most importantly to make it all FUN.
