Start Smart Learning Center, Inc. is a brand new childcare and PreK facility conveniently located just off Highway 21 in Rincon. Our center is commissioned by Bright from the Start Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning and has been inspected and approved by the Effingham County Health Department, Effingham County Fire Department, State of Georgia Fire Marshal, and the State of Georgia.
We welcome children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Our curriculum is specifically designed for each age group to develop a positive learning experience. Our center features six spacious classrooms with large windows providing lots of natural light. Each room is cheerfully designed and self contained. All rooms are equipped with their own bathrooms, water fountains, and exit to their outside playground. The fenced playgrounds are separated into three age appropriate play areas. We want our center to be safe and secure for all the children while they are in our care. For this reason, the center is equipped with security cameras in the hallways, kitchen, playgrounds, and each classroom.
