We are a family who acknowledges our role individually and collectively as leaders in the process of school improvement through setting high expectations, ensuring the design and implementation of respectful work and rigorous instruction on a daily basis, and contributing to the development of a positive school climate and school image for students, staff, and the community. We celebrate successes no matter how small and own the failures using both to reevaluate and reposition ourselves to accept changes that may be necessary for progress. Every decision we make will be made because it is in the best interest of the students we serve understanding that they are citizens of this school, community, and the larger society.
