We are an early childhood program that is certified by the Department of Defense, The State of North Carolina, and accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs. The programs mission is to assist military and civilian families in balancing the competing demands of family life and the accomplishment of
the military mission. Our philosophical approach is grounded on current research and knowledge of early childhood education. The program
is committed to welcoming children and families, to partnering with and supporting parents in their parenting role. Children are valued as individuals, as
