Sacred Heart Church

Thank you for expressing an interest in enrolling your child/ren at Sacred Heart School. Sacred Heart School has a long tradition of providing a quality Catholic education in a positive loving, Christian environment. Every child in our school is seen as a gift from God and is encouraged to be their best.

New students will need the following items to complete the registration process:

Completed Application Certified Birth Certificate Social Security card Health/Physical/Shot Record (required by State of Tennessee) Transcripts from last school attended (transfers only) Baptismal/Sacramental Records (Catholic students only)
