The teachers and staff at Country Club KinderCare are devoted to providing quality care and education for all the children enrolled. Our staff has an average tenure of five years, with a few well over ten years! The staff education consists of several associate credentials, bachelor’s degrees, and early education certifications. Our staff continues to further their education by attending trainings, seminars, and taking additional college courses in the early childhood education field.
