Our preschool believes that children’s “play” is their “work”. Through play children learn new skills and master old skills; they learn to control their bodies, develop communication and thinking skills, concentrate and follow through. Play develops many skills necessary to later read and write, problem solve and understand God’s world. Play involves the whole child; physically, mentally and socially/emotionally. Well-rounded, confident children that will be ready to succeed in formal school have had the opportunity to PLAY during their preschool years.
