Welcome to Childcare Network in Thomaston! I am Buffy Carpenter, the day care director here at our child care center. I would love to invite you and your family to come visit our school. Our staff is educated, caring and brings many years of experience to the center.

We promote learning in our preschool by allowing the children to engage in nurturing and age appropriate opportunities. The activities we do in our classroom develop them both academically and socially. We provide care for children from 6 weeks through 12 years old. Every classroom, including the infants and babies, use a curriculum throughout the day to encourage development and fun! In the fall, our Free Pre-K Program for 4 year olds focuses on preparing our children for their next year in Kindergarten. School age children attend our Young Achiever’s After School Program during the year and Adventure Summer Camp while school it out. Each program that we have is unique and developed specifically to encourage educating the whole child. I encourage an open door policy with my parents to ensure everyone is involved with the well being of the children. My staff works closely with parents and family to make sure the transition from home to school is both a pleasant and successful experience. We pride ourselves in treating your children as our own, focusing on safety in everything that we do. We want parents to feel comfortable and confident when they leave their children in our care for the day. We hope to have the opportunity in the near future to show you all our center has to offer.
