Welcome to our Nationally Accredited West Shawnee KinderCare! Our School is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to 435 and Kansas Highway 7 in Western Shawnee.
Our tenured and educated teachers take pride in ensuring your child is immersed in a loving and nurturing environment that fosters a love of learning.
We are more than a daycare and/or child care center; we are a School that has been nationally recognized for providing exceptional curriculum that is designed to meet each child’s individual needs. According to new data, kindergarten students who experience our high quality early childhood education were on average 4 months ahead of their peers nationally. The study was conducted using the Terra Nova, a widely-used standardized assessment tool. These findings are consistent with other assessments, including previous results from the Maryland Model for School Readiness, which measures the impact that our learning programs have on children. Students enrolled in KinderCare centers for more than 1 year yielded even higher scores.

Welcome to the Nationally Accredited West Shawnee KinderCare! Our tenured staff has almost 100 years of combined experience working with children.
As a Nationally Accredited early learning center, our teachers go above and beyond state and local regulations. All staff members are CPR and Pediatric First Aid Certified as well as trained in Safe Sleep practices. KinderCare provides high quality training over the minimum amount required by the state. We use positive child guidance and use an all-inclusive approach to helping children build social skills that last a lifetime. We also give every teacher the opportunity to get their Child Development Associate through our company and additional support for furthering their education.
