The Orinda Preschool (TOPS) is a parent participation cooperative school and developmental kindergarten. First established in 1938 TOPS is the oldest continuing organization in Orinda. TOPS is also one of the first early childhood programs to earn the more rigorous accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) the nations leading organization of early childhood professionals.
