At KinderCare Norman OK our staff members are professional early childhood educators. We have staff that has been in the Early Childhood Education field ranging from two to 25 years. We require our staff to maintain training each year and also encourage them in continuing their education in the field of Early Childhood Education. We have six Master Teachers that have been trained in Early Learning Guidelines and certifications or degrees in this field. Our staff is encouraged to take advantage of KinderCare’s tuition assistance program and advance their education.
