Early Head Start offers a full array of Head Start services to children ad families based on the understanding of best practices for infants and toddlers. Early Head Start services are provided at two sites; the Susan Patricof Head Start Center and through a collaboration with a local mother/child residential treatment center. The treatment program is for dually diagnosed (MICA) women and one of their children under the age of three.
