Roxane started her Early Childhood Career in 1992 and opened her first State-Licensed home center in 1993. Mike joined Roxane in the business in 1999. Discover Little Miracles Child Care Center opened in 2005.
Mike and Roxane have five children and five grandchildren. Roxane loves to read, cook, learn about nutrition, travel and her true passion has always been working with children. Mike loves to golf, boat and travel.

Our goal is to help young children use their environment productively and allow them to discover themselves as individuals and independent learners. In order to achieve our goals, Discover Little Miracles Child Care uses The Creative Curriculum Framework which includes:
- Setting up a healthy room environment.
- Working with parents in guiding children to use problem solving strategies, build social skills and meet objective goals.
- Creating teachers lesson plans to meet the needs and interests of each individual classroom.
This Curriculum focuses primarily on giving teachers guidelines for setting up their classroom using eleven interest areas and instructional strategies to ensure that all aspects of a childs development (social-emotional, cognitive and physical) are addressed.
