At the present John Sevier Elementary has 45 teachers, including classroom teachers and those teaching special subjects, teaching grades Pre-K-3. Our student enrollment is about 520 students. All teachers have been trained and implement Quantum learning strategies. These strategies integrate the latest brain-based research into a teacher’s curriculum.
Technology at JSE has grown tremendously in the past 5 Years. Teachers incorporate technology on a daily basis. Every classroom is equipped with computers, an Interactive board, a projector, and a document camera. We have additional resources available in many classrooms. These include student response systems, Slates, iPod Touches, and iPads. We have worked hard on fundraising efforts to help our school become a leader in technology.
