Los Angeles Universal Pre-school (LAUP) is breaking new ground in early childhood education. Guided by a ten-year plan developed by hundreds of Educators, Parents, Governmental officials, Business, and Community Leaders, LAUP is building on the existing early care and education system to expand access to high-quality Preschool across Los Angeles County.
