At Great Expectations Children’s Academy, and The Learning Ladder Educational Center, we believe that every child in our care has unique gifts and needs. At Great Expectations and The Learning Ladder we are a team! We take pride in our profession. We are early childhood professionals. Our staff/child ratio is one of the best. We offer an inclusive program; therefore, our staff has been carefully selected for their educational background, teaching experience, training and their sensitivity to the individual child’s needs.
Our small size and limited enrollment insures that your child will receive the necessary individual care and attention he/she needs. Our environment will allow your child to develop at his/her own pace because we know each child is unique.
Our staff members are certified and trained in the latest instructional techniques and provide the nurturing and encouragement that every child needs to excel. We have an open door policy and encourage parents to come in and visit any time to see how their child is progressing. We also provide evaluations to parents to assess their childs progress and gauge their development throughout the year. Overall, we allow children to be children and provide the nurturing they need to learn about themselves and the world around them.
