PHILOSOPHY/CURRICULUM OF LEARNING LANE PRESCHOOL The LLP is license exempt by the State of Missouri. LLP provides a planned program, including snack, for young children, 3 to 5 years old. The focus of our program is active learning, which we believe is the way young children construct knowledge. The daily routine, learning environment, adult/child interaction and assessment are all important parts of our curriculum.
