Tiny Treasures Early Childhood Program a ministry of Hope Lutheran Church offers a program providing children with a variety of learning experiences in a safe and secure environment. In an atmosphere of caring Christian education the child will be free to explore his/her environment and receive guidance in participating in activities which will allow the child to experience success. All this will be done keeping in mind age-level appropriate learning as activities and curriculum are carried out. Our mission at Tiny Treasures is to nurture and facilitate the development of the whole child through appropriate cognitive social physical and spiritual experiences.

At Tiny Treasures Early Childhood Program we believe that language is how the children communicate which is essential for learning. It is the foundation for listening speaking reading and writing. Your child will be immersed in a print-rich classroom which includes such things as: flannel boards labels dictated stories signs tape stories puppets calendar and a book area. Through these developmentally appropriate experiences your child will be aware of the meaningful use of language and develop a long predictable sequences for speaking reading and writing. We will involve the children in many interactions which include circle time story time and learning centers enhancing the childs emotional security and self-confidence. This will enable each child to build upon his/her natural tendency and an appreciation for the written and spoken language.
