Happy New Year! 2009 brings us some exciting historical events as well as challenges. The American people have elected a new president and the inauguration events bring us hope in these hard economic times. What a historic moment our students will be participating in this January!

We are close to the halfway point for the year and that means that all classes are preparing diligently for our mid year benchmark and summative tests. Be sure to check out our classroom teacher web pages and the homework sheet so you can remind your child to do their best. Encourage your child to learn at least one new thing every day and to share it with you.We are all learners on our journey together.
