The Barbara Gordon Montessori School has a long-standing reputation for its dedicated and highly qualified faculty and staff. Guides attend a rigorous graduate program at an Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) training center and are members in good standing of AMI and AMITOT (AMI Teachers of Texas).

Apart from their many academic accomplishments it is the heart and spirit of this team which sets forth the tradition of excellence that BGMS students have enjoyed for so many years. Their dedication to the students support of the parents and synergy as a group make them exemplary models of the tenets of Montessori philosophy.
