Loma Verde State Preschool

The mission of Loma Verde Elementary is to provide a rich educational experience to all children regardless of
language culture gender or economic hardship in a safe learning environment with an emphasis on academic
achievement. We promote excellence social responsibility emotional strength physical vitality and above all
else a love for learning. Our vision is built upon a strong partnership with parents and guardians teachers and
our community – to empower and motivate all students to achieve to high levels.
Starting this year all District schools follow the same school calendar with common starting and ending dates
and common fall winter and spring breaks. This common calendar was also adopted by the local middle and
high school district a historic first for the South County region.
