Montessori Academy at Belmont Greene

The Montessori Academy at Belmont Greene, known to our parents as MAB was founded by Beth and Bart Theriot (mother and son) in 2001. We remain the sole owners of the Academy and are devoted to maintaining an authentic Montessori environment for all of our students. We are a full member school of the American Montessori Society (AMS) offering a true Montessori environment to children age 10 weeks through 10 years. Beth and Bart also own and operate the Northern Virginia Montessori Institute, located on MABs campus, which is the only AMS affiliated Montessori early childhood teacher education program in Northern Virginia.
