The Ashton Early Learning Center is a center built on a solid foundation of love. Over forty years ago, Clara and Bernard Scott, the grandparents of the owners Danon and Cori Ashton, lived in this house and raised over forty foster children. They have since passed away, but their legacy lives on. To honor them, Danon and Cori decided to turn their home into an early learning center for young children. With the support of their wives, who are also owners of the establishment, Akyva and Stacy, along with the help from many family members and friends, the home of Bernard and Clara Scott continues to be a vibrant place where chldren are loved, learning, and growing.

Abraham Maslows Hierarchy of Needs is the philosophy we subscribe to in developing a well-rounded child. Children, especially young children have five basic needs which Maslow identifies in a hierarchical pyramid. At The Ashton Early Learning Center, we structure our teaching and learning to meet these needs.
