Noahs Arks primary goal
for children is to feel safe
and secure. We believe that
a learning environment that
meets the physical, social,
emotional, and spiritual
needs of the children
fosters optimal growth and
development. Young
childrens developmental
tasks are to build trust,
learn social skills, begin
mastery of academic skills and develop positive selfesteem.
In order to best support these tasks, our
program strives to provide developmentally
appropriate activities, well-trained and consistent
staff, a safe and healthy learning environment and
continuity of care. NACC believes that early
childhood should be a time of fun, warmth, security,
exploring and discovery. We also believe that
throughout the entire learning process parents are
their child’s first teacher as we work to support
parents in their efforts to
guide their child’s development
as well.
