Georgia Head Start and Early Head Start programs provide comprehensive early childhood and family development services to children from low-income households.

Children who attend Head Start and Early Head Start participate in a variety of educational activities designed to improve school readiness. Head Start and Early Head Start children also receive FREE medical and dental care, have healthy meals and snacks provided to them and enjoy quality play indoors and outdoors in a safe environment.
