From the moment you step on the McClelland School campus you can feel the difference. There is a sense of family and an excitement about learning in the air. McClelland is different. As Pueblos only independent school accredited by ACIS (Association of Colorado Independent Schools) and a member of NAIS (National Association of Independent Schools), we strive to offer the very best education for each student on an individual basis.

The students at McClelland are truly one of a kind. We believe in educating the whole child. Our students excel in not only the core classes, but realize the importance of music, the arts, active citizenship, the environment, technology, and lifelong learning. They take responsibility for their education and flourish day in and day out. McClelland students find themselves in leadership roles as they progress through their educational careers and beyond.

Through thematic lessons, we teach students, not curriculum. Our instruction, Pre K 8th grade, is adapted for each student. Small class sizes allow more individualized instructional time for students and a more creative educational setting for all. We welcome communication from families to better their childs educational experience. Our doors are always open, come on in.
