Maggie’s Morning School is a NAEYC accredited private, non-profit pre-school open to young children regardless of race, creed or color.
We provide an exceptional and unique learning environment in order to facilitate social, emotional, physical and intellectual development in each child.
Our hands-on learning, child-centered approach encourages exploration and independence.
Our services include 2, 3 and 5 half-day and full-day programs for children 18 months (by September 1) through age 4, and the Bright From the Start, Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning Pre-Kindergarten program.
A summer program is available to children 18 months to 8 years. Our staff includes the Executive Director, Maggie Smith and Administrative Director Colleen Settle. Each classroom, in accordance with NAEYC guidelines, maintains excellent teacher/child ratios. We also offer extracurricular programs in ballet and gymnastics.

Hands On! Age Appropriate! Child Centered!
Our pre-school was developed on the belief that children learn through play. We believe the first curriculum is the prepared environment. You’ll find classrooms rich in materials, equipment and plenty of hands-on activities.
Exploration is the first stage of play and learning. TV, ditto sheets and desks are not a part of our classrooms! Activity centers, monthly goals and creative experiences are age appropriate.
Our curriculum is child-centered and grounded in brain-based learning. Children are offered experiences in art, music, sensory play, block building, dramatic play, cooking, science, language and literacy, math and numbers, fine motor, large motor and social development.
