Lowell Day Nursery

Lowell Day Nursery is a Non-profit Early Education child care center accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Accepting children from the age of 15 months up to kindergarten (6 years old), our nursery school has been open since 1885that’s 125 years of experience in child development! Lowell Day Nursery is run by a 14 member board of directors made up of a mostly local business people and a few parent representatives. We started our nursery as a place for mill workers’ children to come. Now we invite you and your child to COME LEARN WITH US!

Our program is designed according to the developmental needs of your child. From curriculum such as Building Language Through Literacy in the preschool classrooms to The Hardcourt Brace Unit in the kindergarten classroom, learning experiences are designed to cover all developmental areas. We also follow toddler curriculum guidelines as set forth by the NAEYC.
