Little Innovators was established in 1999, and is currently owned by Blaschko Computers, Inc. (d.b.a. EMR Innovations, developers of ProcessPro software). Together, Little Innovators and EMR Innovations pledge to make every effort to enrich the life of each and every child entrusted in our care. The word innovate means to introduce something new. In our safe, loving, and learning environment, each child will have the freedom and encouragement to explore and “innovate” new ideas, new problem solving strategies, and new creative expression.
We believe that each child deserves to be treated with the highest level of respect. All children need love, nurturing, and a sense of being understood. We strive to develop each child’s self-esteem and encourage each child to have pride in him or herself. The positive imprint we leave in the children’s memories will be with them and help foster who they become in the future. We believe the little “Individuals” that grow and develop through our care today will be tomorrow’s future “Innovators”.
We exist to enhance the emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development of each child. Our environment and curriculum are designed for children to learn through free play as well as teacher-structured activities. In addition to individual development opportunities, we also give each child choices which help him/her function in a group. Our philosophy is to help every child feel good about who he/she is through daily accomplishments. The love, understanding, warm smiles, and hugs your child receives from the staff also reinforce our philosophy.
Little Innovators is licensed by the Department of Human Services. We are regularly inspected by State Licensing, Department of Health, Health Inspectors, Fire Inspectors, and a Public Health nurse.

We at Little Innovators believe that children’s lives should be enriched with learning activities. We have a variety of curriculum resources that each of the classroom teachers use to plan daily activities. The activities are consistent with the weekly themes that are planned into the monthly lesson plans. The children’s day is mixed with teacher structured learning activities and imaginative play times that are child-initiated.
Our center celebrates all of the holidays. We also incorporate the children’s religious holidays and family traditions into our multicultural curriculum. We believe this gives all children a chance to see what other children and their families around the world do. It is part of our special learning process. We will post the events and curriculum a week prior to the dates they take place. If a parent feels their beliefs will be offended by our program, we will plan an altenative activity for your child.
Children enrolled in Little Innovators partake in wide range of curricular activities on a regular basis. In addition, there are a number of extra-curricular activities and events that the children have the option to participate in as well.
