Children are encouraged through positive praise, re-direction and the use of verbal skills to become responsible for their actions. We encourage self-control, self-direction and cooperation. Repetitive inappropriate behavior may require a calm down period. Staff will work close with parents to monitor and reslove any reoccuring issues. At no time will verbal intimidation, humiliation, or corporal punishment be used as a form of disipline.
