The mission of the Kirksville R-III School District Early Childhood Learning Center is to provide a high quality, comprehensive program that supports the desired child outcomes and promotes academic success for eligible children and families. - Special Needs:
- Early Childhood Special Education Programs are for children with disabilities between the ages of 3-5. Services include a center-based program and/or itinerant services in the community, preschools, home or at school. Related services include speech, language, occupational and physical therapy. The ECSE program provides activities to increase child development in the areas of thinking, pre-academic, movement, self-help, speech, language and social/emotional development.
