Kids Country - Everett

Kid’s Country, a family owned business, was established with the goal of promoting a safe, nurturing, learning environment that stimulates the growth of children based on their individual needs. We are a full service, licensed childcare provider that strives to uphold our motto: LOVE, LAUGH, LEARN, and GROW.

We follow monthly as well as weekly themes. Our centers are closed concept and focus on age appropriate curriculum and room arrangements. The children participate in many activities daily. They will read, look at books, write, draw, dance, sing, cut, paste, paint, assemble art projects, experiment, explore and enjoy the environment. Each child is placed in a classroom that most nearly meets the individual needs and abilities of the child. Children are encouraged to progress at their own pace, providing them a sense of self-confidence. By keeping their needs in mind at all times, we stimulate healthy growth as well as allow the child to build a strong self-image.

The classrooms are warm, cozy rooms with personal touches that allow children to feel at home. With different training topics monthly, we try to address all the issues that face us as professional childcare providers. Ongoing training for managers and staff is a high priority item at our centers. We work to meet the needs of the children, keeping them in a safe, clean and happy environment to act as a basic support to the family and enhance the parent’s relationship with the child, not to compete with the parent.

Our centers are protected by a security system, allowing us to know when the doors are opening throughout the center. It also alerts us to those entering and leaving through the front entrance. All those gaining admittance do so by the use of an entry reader card. A doorbell is available to alert staff to give admittance to parent tours or guests needing access. Surveillance equipment is installed throughout the centers to monitor classrooms for safety and security.
