Kiddie Kollege is a family oriented community of loving people whose primary concern is for the safety and well being of young children. We feel that it is the unique qualities of each of our staff members coupled with the knowledge of child development and a dedication to the ongoing process of learning more about our children and ourselves that gives us the ability to meet the needs of working families. Our goal is to create learning opportunities and to provide stimulating and fun activities for children in an environment of care support and respect. In this environment children may fully participate in the many educational experiences we provide to develop their interest confidence independence and to grow at their own pace. Emphasis on the environment is important because it has been established by psychologist and other scientist (Erikson Piaget) that childrens self-worth self-respect and self-image are established very early in life primarily through interactions with family teachers and others who care for them. Therefore not only what we for children but how we do it is very important.

Children are redirected and provided with clear examples of how appropriate behavior can be used to express their feelings. We feel that our job lies in helping children learn to solve problems in a way that almost promotes a good self-concept.

Parents are considered to be an integral part of our program. They are team partners with our staff who work together to provide the best care possible for your children. We look forward to the variety that each new family brings to ours.
