Our mission is to provide Quality Early Care and Education at an affordable cost to families. We endeavor by achieving high standards in Learning and Physical Environment, Family and Community Partnerships and Staff Education & Retention using the Qualistar Rating System as a form of measurement.
Qualistar was developed by 150 early childhood experts and is a rating that measures quality in licensed early learning programs. Trained observers will spend several hours in each classroom and collect information on five different quality components. The five components are Learning Environment, Family Partnership, Training and Education and Adult to Child Ratios.
