Hendersonville Christian School is a Preschool-12th grade Christian day school committed to a biblical standard of spiritual and academic excellence. We believe that every child is made in the image of God and has unique talents and needs. Hendersonville Christian School provides a program that enables each child to grow spiritually, academically, socially, and physically so that he or she is equipped for service to God. We believe that anything worth learning should be learned well, and the role of the teacher is to ensure that learning occurs for every student. We have focused our curriculum on a select group of core and complementary subjects that prepares our students for the many challenges they will face after they leave HCS.
Hendersonville Christian School is an independent, inter-denominational school. A board of nine members elected from the school association governs the school. The HCS family is diverse in church affiliation but united in its faith in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and its commitment to serving Him.
