Grandview Heights Elementary School creates a safe, respectful learning environment that challenges students to flourish academically, socially, physically, and emotionally. Students will learn to write effectively, compute accurately, use technology, think, reason, and solve problems. They will then be prepared for the experiences of middle school, high school, college, and life.
Our student-friendly acrostics (shown below), inspired by our mascot, the Eagle, were developed to enable all stakeholders (teachers, staff, community partners, parents, and students) to understand and embrace our mission. The acrostics are displayed throughout the campus to promote student and community focus, recall, and memorization.
