Gateway Montessori School

Gateway Montessori School was founded in 1982. Located in Longmont, Colorado, Gateway is a small not-for-profit preschool and kindergarten situated in, but not affiliated with, the First Congregational Church. Gateway, licensed by the State of Colorado, is also a member of the American Montessori Society and offers a morning and an afternoon preschool as well as an extended day (kindergarten) program for 5-year-olds in their second or third year which draws from both of these classes. Total enrollment is maintained at fewer than 30 children per class; no more than 10 children per adult. School is in session during the months of September through May and follows closely the St. Vrain School Calendar.
