First Christian Church Pre-School

At First Christian Preschool our teachers and staff are dedicated to providing your child the best early childhood education possible in preparation for success throughout the school years. First Christian has outstanding teachers and is licensed by the state of Kentucky.

We strive to teach socialization and academic skills through love and ageappropriate activities. We actively communicate with teachers in both the city and county school systems to ensure our children are totally prepared to hit the ground running in kindergarten and beyond.

We encourage parental involvement with your childs preschool experience with a monthly calendar from your childs teacher outlining the units and special days for that month, as well as a monthly newsletter.

During the school year the children enjoy special events, including holidaythemed parties and Teddy Bear Day, and the older children go on field trips to the pumpkin patch, the fire station or Challenger Center.

Additionally there are special programs for children and families at Christmas and the end of the school year. Children are exposed to art, music, books, and science activitiesall while having fun and learning to grow in a classroom environment.
