Elizabethtown Head Start

The mission of the Central Kentucky Community Action Council Head Start program is to utilize a positive team effort to enhance the lives of Head Start children and their families by supporting and enriching the childs developmental growth physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually. Recognizing that parents are the primary educators of their children, the program will provide opportunities to enhance their growth and well being by serving as a vehicle to promote self-sufficiency through collaboration with community resources.
