EELCs mission is to provide quality care to children of all economic backgrounds, races, ethnicities, and religions. Due to the generosity of Mrs. Elizabeth Forsyth, EELC offers substantial scholarship assistance based upon income. We encourage you to apply if you are in need.
Elizabeths Early Learning Center is a special place where a sense of community takes root from an early age. EELC provides care and education for children and their families. We accept children as young as 6 weeks and provide care until a child attends kindergarten. Our program includes infant, toddler, preschool and pre-K classrooms.
EELC was the vision of Mrs. Elizabeth M. Forsyth and other community leaders who wanted to create a safe, nurturing and creative environment for children of ALL backgrounds.
